Mr Nayef Alfaleh
Mechanical Engineer
International Maritime Industries (IMI)
Nayef is a Mechanical Engineer at International Maritime Industries (IMI), supporting engineering design
and technical delivery across shipbuilding, ship repair, and offshore rig programs. His scope of
responsibility spans corrosion engineering and marine coating systems, piping and process engineering,
mechanical systems design, and naval engineering functions—contributing to the execution of offshore
support vessels, bulk carriers, crude and product carriers, and rig MRO projects. His role emphasizes
technical assurance, specification compliance, and coordinated engineering execution across
multidisciplinary teams.​

Prior to joining IMI, Nayef gained EPC project experience with McDermott International, supporting
offshore pipeline and hookup projects for Saudi Aramco. His contributions included engineering design
documentation, pipeline and piping analysis, offshore surveys, and interface coordination with
engineering, construction, and operational stakeholders. Earlier in his career, he served as a Project
Engineer, where he developed handson experience in fire protection systems, site execution, and
HSEdriven project delivery within safetycritical environments.​

Nayef holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University.
He has completed several technical programs, including PMP Foundation, Natural Gas Engineering and
Upstream Fundamentals and the Life Cycle of Oil and Gas Wells.
